Thank you for applying for the 2026 Follow Me Immersive Journey! We hope that preparation for this experience is going well.
We have enclosed a packet with useful information to prepare for the program. Please read through and turn in the following as soon as possible:

GENERAL INFORMATION
DATES:
Follow me runs from February 13th- March28th, 2026
Arrivals are welcome from February 12th at our Gran Via Guest house (if you are staying with us)
HOUSING (when available):
Living quarters are comfortable and clean, but the size of the rooms tend to be small. Usually you can expect one roommate. You will have female flat mates. Closet and dresser spaces are limited so please don’t bring an abundance of personal belongings. If you have any questions about how much is too much, please ask us.
Our guest flats are at: Gran Via de Les Corts Catalanes, 1006, 08020 Barcelona
If housing in our flats is not available, or if you choose to stay elsewhere, please try to find something close by. We can give you a few recommendations if you need. Just ask.
MEALS:
Meals are NOT provided, but there is a Grocery store about a 3-minute walk from the GranVia Guesthouse (GVGH=YWAM flat) where you find everything you need to prepare your own meals. The GVGH is equipped with a full kitchen. In addition to that is the wonderful world of restaurants Barcelona has to offer. Food is generally quite affordable. Lunch can range from 6€ for a kebab & fries to 13€ for a full course lunch.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Please read the following information before making travel arrangements. When you do arrange your travel, please email us all your travel details. If for any reason your travel plans change after you send us this information, please let us know as soon as possible.
Arrival:
Please book your ticket to arrive on February 12th or 13th 2026 if possible. The program will start on Friday evening (Feb.13th) at 17H (5PM)
Departure:
Please book your ticket of departure for Sunday (March 29th) or Monday (March30th) 2026.
*If you book your ticket outside of those dates, be aware that additional nights at the GVGH will be 15€ per night. Otherwise, you will need to find your own housing
BY AIR :
If you are flying to the intensive, please book your flight to Barcelona-El Prat airport (BCN) airport. When you arrive at the airport, we will be waiting to meet you. If we have been delayed, stay in your terminal and we will find you. (There is free wifi at the airport)
BY OTHER MEANS:
If you are arriving to Barcelona by any other means, please let us know the details and we will make plans to meet you and help you get to the Grand Via Guest House.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Travel requirements for those outside the EU are changing. Please be sure to check what is required before your travel.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
COST:
TOTAL COST : €1875
€1375 Program fees (plus any card fees if paid through a non-spanish bank account)
€500 housing fees (if staying in our Gran Via Guest House. Otherwise, deduct €500)
*please note cost is in Euros
DEPOSIT:
150€ (this amount is to reserve your spot and will be deducted from the total)
Deposit is non-refundable
Full tuition is due 14 days before the start of the program. Please view payment/tuition document for more information and payment methods.This policy helps prevent unnecessary tension between YWAM Barcelona and Participants struggling to complete their payment while participating in the program and or going into debt with YWAM after the program is over.
This amount covers:
YWAM fees
Housing at the Gran Via Guest House (GVGH)
Teachings/Trainings
Service hours (20hours per week)
Community, support, and connection with like-minded people.
Excursions to local sights
One-On-One points of connection with people from our community living on mission
Tuition does not include meals + additional transport + other expenses.
If you are struggling to cover expenses, please reach out to us, we would love to provide helpful tips and encouragement.
Packing List
Many of these items can be purchased in Barcelona. It may be easier to buy them here instead of bringing them with you. Please note that even though it never gets below freezing, it can feel colder than expected.
